I have been practising holistic therapies since 1990. Opening Rosewell Natural Health, is my way of helping the community. I Specialise in Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Ayurveda, Meditation and Breath Work.

I love what I do, and I truly believe the power of touch is one of the most powerful ways to help people. The mind, body and soul are so important. We must allow ourselves the time to heal. At Rosewell, my knowledge of the complementary therapies gives me the opportunity to work with clients from all walks of life.

My aim is to serve the community, and to help my clients to reconnect with their inner selves. To work in your space and balance to ease tension in their bodies.

The stories of our lives are stored inside all of us, to heal it takes another person who can listen and allow you the space to unwind and let go if need be.
